11月份,方大特钢焦化厂通过加强炉温精细化管理,使吨焦煤气自耗量得到有效降低,与去年同期相比下降1.6%,吨焦节约成本2.04元/吨。
该厂煤场大棚项目自建成投用以来,在环境改善明显的同时,配合煤水分也得到有效下降,仅11月份,平均配合煤水分较去年同期降低1.12%,为降吨焦煤气自耗起到重要作用。同时,该厂通过优化焦炉自动加热测温系统,以焦炉火落时间为指导,重点处理炉温超过±30℃的高、低温炉号,并要求生产班组日志中,必须记录当日对高温号、低温号的处理方式,让炉温调节方式有据可查,使操作能够更加统一,为稳步下降吨焦煤气消耗提供条件。

While the environment has improved obviously, the moisture content of the coal has also been effectively reduced. In November alone, the average moisture content of the coal has decreased by 1.12% compared with the same period last year, which plays an important role in reducing the consumption of coke gas per ton. At the same time, by optimizing the coke oven automatic heating temperature measurement system, guided by the coke oven fire setting time, the plant focuses on the treatment of high and low temperature oven numbers whose furnace temperature exceeds (+30 C), and requires that the processing methods of high and low temperature signals on the same day be recorded in the production team log, so that the furnace temperature adjustment methods can be checked and the operation can be more efficient. Unification provides conditions for steadily reducing the consumption of coke gas per ton.
