11月28日上午，由中国十七冶集团承建山钢日照钢铁精品基地炼钢主车间二步工程3#210t转炉模拟生产状态顺利倾动，炼钢二步工程将全面进入单体试车阶段。

本次安装的山钢日照炼钢主车间二步工程3#210t转炉炉壳和托圈均为超高、超宽、超重的大型设备，炉壳外径为Φ8160mm，高度为10675mm，重达202t；托圈宽10160mm，重216.25t，本体设备的总重量约621t。为提高安装效率，采用了“台车正装法”安装，有效解决了转炉运送和吊装难的问题。

自项目部实施大干四季度以来，积极践行“24小时工作法”，全体职工日夜奋战，攻克节点，充分彰显十七冶人“一天也不耽误、一天也不懈怠”的企业精神，扎实开展倾动前的各项准备工作，最终完成了3#210t转炉的顺利倾动，为转炉系统设备大规模单试创造了良好条件，也为山钢日照炼钢主车间二步工程顺利投产奠定坚实的基础。

Since the implementation of the "24-hour working method" by the project department in the fourth quarter, all the staff have been working hard day and night to conquer the nodes, fully demonstrating the enterprise spirit of "one day without delay and one day without slack" of the 17th metallurgical enterprise, and carrying out the preparatory work before the tilting, finally completing the smooth tilting of the 3_t converter It creates good conditions for large-scale single test of converter system equipment, and lays a solid foundation for the smooth commissioning of the second-step project of Rizhao Steelmaking Main Workshop of Shangang.
