进入11月份以来，北营公司紧紧抓住长材价格看好的有利时机，合理调整产品结构，全力组织棒材生产，使各棒材生产线产能得到释放。截至22日，生产螺纹钢产品91898万吨，线材167021万吨，促进了提产创效工作的深入开展。

为了确保棒材线生产的稳产高产，北营公司要求北营能源环保部、北营能源总厂等单位，根据各产线的生产实际需求，组织好煤气、风、水、电等能源介质的保供工作，消除各种不利因素。北营设备部强化设备管理，严格推进设备点检定修工作，为生产稳定顺行提供设备保障。北营制造部充分发挥调度系统协调、服务职能，突出信息传递的准确性和及时性，提高正常生产情况下，以及突发状况下的应对能力，实现全工序平稳运行，为提产增效创造外围条件。结合冬季生产实际，积极协调采购中心和国贸公司，严格按照消耗计划组织大宗原燃料采购，以及路局车辆的发运及接卸工作，从源头上保障生产用物料的稳定供应。合理排布钢、轧系统生产计划，优先组织长材系统合同产品的生产，最大程度发挥各轧线产能。同时，全力组织合同交付及产品外发工作，将合同逾期量及非计划产品产生量降到最低，实现效益最大化。

北营炼铁厂牢固树立优质、稳定、顺行的指导思想，规范高炉操作，加强炉前出铁管理，严格执行各项巡检制度，强化基础管理，杜绝各类故障发生。同时，做好新一号高炉特护工作，根据炉缸特护小组部署，采取多种有效措施，取得了较好效果，目前高炉炉况稳定顺行。

北营炼钢厂近期先后完成了新区三号连铸机、老区二号转炉的检修工作，为生产顺行提供设备保证。结合生产实际，合理排布生产计划，将重点放在方坯生产上，保证整体生产供需平衡。积极贯彻提产增效生产要求，最大限度地释放方坯连铸机产能，在保证完成品种钢合同产品生产的基础上，全力做好普通钢种的方坯生产任务，确保轧钢各产线的用料需求。同时，不断优化炼钢生产工艺，优化入炉料结构，持续开展降铁耗工作，大力推进鱼雷罐添加废钢攻关活动，进一步提高产量。

北营轧钢厂以棒线材生产为核心，合理排布生产计划，优先组织重点品种钢生产，提高合同兑现率，加强在线工艺件检查，确保工艺稳定。做好班与班交接，减少交接期间各类停机事件的发生。严格执行工艺考核办法，对因操作原因引起的故障，考核落实到责任人。同时，专业点检人员做好重点设备点检工作及隐患管理工作，减少设备热停，提高设备作业率。此外，全力推进高速棒材生产线调试工作，确保高速棒材生产早日达产创效。（转载自本钢）

In order to ensure the stable and high production of bars and wires, Beiying Company requires Beiying Ministry of Energy and Environmental Protection, Beiying General Energy Plant and other units to organize the maintenance and supply of energy media such as gas, wind, water and electricity according to the actual production needs of each production line and eliminate all kinds of unfavorable factors. Beiying Equipment Department strengthens equipment management, strictly promotes equipment spot inspection and repair, and provides equipment guarantee for stable and smooth production. Beiying Manufacturing Department gives full play to the coordination and service functions of dispatching system, highlights the accuracy and timeliness of information transmission, improves the response ability under normal production conditions and unexpected situations, realizes the smooth operation of the whole process, and creates peripheral conditions for increasing production and efficiency. Combining with the actual production in winter, actively coordinate the purchasing center and the international trade company, organize the purchase of large quantities of raw materials and fuels strictly according to the consumption plan, as well as the transportation and handling of Road Bureau vehicles, so as to ensure the stable supply of production materials from the source. Reasonable arrangement of production plans for steel and rolling systems, priority should be given to the production of contract products for long steel systems, and the production capacity of each rolling line should be maximized. At the same time, efforts should be made to organize contract delivery and product outsourcing so as to minimize contract overdue and unplanned product production and maximize benefits.
Beiying Iron-making Plant firmly establishes the guiding ideology of high quality, stability and smooth operation, standardizes the operation of blast furnaces, strengthens the management of tapping before blast furnaces, strictly enforces various inspection systems, strengthens basic management and prevents all kinds of failures. At the same time, the special protection work of the new No. 1 blast furnace has been done well. According to the actual production, the production plan should be arranged reasonably, and the emphasis should be put on the billet production to ensure the balance of supply and demand in the whole production. Actively implement the production requirements of increasing production and increasing efficiency, release the capacity of billet caster to the maximum extent. On the basis of guaranteeing the completion of the production of contract products for variety steel, make every effort to complete the production task of billet for common steel grades, and ensure the demand of materials for each production line of rolling steel. At the same time, continuous optimization of steelmaking process, optimization of charging structure, continuous iron consumption reduction, vigorously promote the additive of scrap steel to torpedo tanks to tackle key issues, and further improve production.
Beiying Rolling Mill takes bar and wire production as its core, arranges production plan rationally, organizes production of key steel products in priority, improves contract fulfillment rate, strengthens on-line inspection of process parts, and ensures process stability. Do a good job of shift and shift handover, reduce all kinds of shutdown incidents during the handover.
