近日，京唐公司MCCR产线炼钢PES系统顺利上线运行。此系统实现了炼钢生产调度管理、工艺流程管理、工艺参数跟踪、物料消耗跟踪等系统功能。

为保证炼钢PES系统成功上线，京唐公司领导高度重视，各部门积极配合。施工单位按照“总体规划、分步实施、先易后难、循序渐进”的原则，先后开展了需求调研、需求评审、系统设计、系统测试、模拟运行、人员培训等工作。其间，信息计量部组织制造部、钢轧部、销售管理部、首自信相关人员在较短的时间内，完成了业务需求调研、系统功能开发、基础数据收集、系统集成测试、操作用户培训等工作，梳理业务流程154项，收集基础数据5260项、技术参数数据3430项，为系统顺利上线提供了保证。

Successful on-line operation of PES system in MCCR production line of Jingtang Company
Recently, the PES system of MCCR production line of Jingtang Company has been running smoothly. This system realizes the system functions of steelmaking production scheduling management, process flow management, process parameters tracking, material consumption tracking and so on.
In order to ensure the successful launch of PES system for steelmaking, the leaders of Jingtang Company attach great importance to it and all departments cooperate actively. According to the principle of "overall planning, step-by-step implementation, first easy, then difficult, step-by-step", construction units have successively carried out needs investigation, needs assessment, system design, system testing, simulation operation, personnel training and other work. In the meantime, the information measurement department organizes the manufacturing department, steel rolling department, sales management department and the first self-confident staffs to complete the work of business requirement investigation, system function development, basic data collection, system integration test and operation user training in a relatively short period of time. It combs 154 business processes and collects 5260 basic data and skills. 3430 items of technical parameters data provide a guarantee for the system to go online smoothly.
The smooth operation of steel-making PES system marks the successful completion of the phased construction objectives of the MES transformation project of Jingtang Company's integration of production and marketing. (reprinted surrender steel)
