攀长特首次生产大规格优质热作模具钢

近日，攀长特首次成功生产出大规模优质热作模具钢CT418，经检验，各项性能指标完全符合工艺要求，用户给予了高度肯定。

以往国内生产的高质量热作模具钢极限规格为Ф650mm，大规格模具钢均采用进口或小规格棒材锻造而成，增加了用户生产成本和周期。为帮助用户缩短生产周期，降低生产成本，攀长特决定自主研发Ф700mm以上大规格热作模具钢。

热作模具钢CT418系东北某重点用户第一次订货。接到合同后，该公司科研人员与炼钢总厂、锻造厂等技术人员一道，精心确定生产工艺，精心选料配料。为保证合同按期交货，他们共同商定了每道生产工序的时间节点，炼钢总厂严格执行电渣冶炼工艺，锻造厂精心锻制车光。经过相关单位和部门的精诚合作，试制出最大直径为Ф785mm的CT418优质热作模具钢。产品经过用户检验，完全满足使用要求。特别是模具钢的球化组织完全达到模具钢国际检验标准要求，用户十分满意。

In the past, the limit specification of high quality hot work die steel produced in China was 650mm. Large size die steel was forged by imported or small size bar, which increased the production cost and cycle of users. In order to help users shorten the production cycle and reduce production costs, Panchangte decided to independently develop large-scale hot-working die steels with sizes over 700mm.

Hot work die steel CT418 is the first order of a key user in Northeast China. Upon receipt of the contract, the scientific researchers of the company, together with the technicians of the general steelmaking plant and forging plant, carefully determine the production process and carefully select materials and ingredients. In order to ensure that the contract is delivered on time, they have agreed on the time nodes of each production process. The main steelmaking plant strictly implements the electroslag smelting process, and the forging plant carefully forges the car light. Through the sincere cooperation of relevant units and departments, the CT418 high-quality hot-working die steel with the largest diameter of 785mm was trial-produced. The product has been tested by users and fully meets the requirements of use. Particularly, the spheroidized structure of the die steel fully meets the requirements of the international inspection standard of the die steel, and the users are very satisfied.
