鞍钢获中海油全品种供货资质

这次中海油的全品类供货资质的获取又是一个实力的证明

经过中海油近1年的严苛审定，日前，鞍钢通过该公司全品种供货资质认证，成为首批进入中海油钢材供应商短名单企业之一，为鞍钢产品特别是海工钢产品竞逐中海油重大工程项目取得了“金钥匙”。

据悉，国内获得中海油认证资质的钢铁企业只有5家。鞍钢此次获得认证资质的品种主要涵盖海工钢、平板与卷板管线、容器钢、结构钢等，为行业最全。

本次认证涉及的产线主要为鞍钢本部4300厚板线、2150线及鲅鱼圈5500厚板线。认证自去年年底开始，包括资质申报、材料实物性能检验，海工钢焊接工艺评定、资料审查和现场审查等环节，涵盖原料管理、过程质量控制、实物批量统计和抽样检验、业绩及售后服务等十几个环节，着重对钢材供应商生产、装备及研发、质检等综合能力的评价认定。凭借雄厚的海工钢技术研发和生产实力，在鞍钢产销研系统共同努力下，鞍钢顺利完成这次认证。

通过中海油全品种供货资质认证，意味着鞍钢进入中海油钢材供应商短名单。未来3年，中海油重大工程用钢合同将全部从这份短名单中诞生，有利于鞍钢进一步开拓中海油市场、提升海工钢市场份额，真正实现对海洋工程用钻探、开采设备和生产、采油设备用材料的全品种规格覆盖。鞍钢将抓住资质的3年“有效期”，积极跟踪中海油重大工程项目，加快自身装备完善和工艺优化，用最优质的产品质量和全方位的服务为中海油海洋工程项目建设提供支撑和保障。

After nearly a year's rigorous approval by CNOOC, Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has recently passed the certification of the company's full-variety supply qualification and become one of the first companies to enter the short list of CNOOC steel suppliers. It has obtained the "golden key" for the competition of Anshan Iron and Steel Products, especially for the major CNOOC projects.
It is reported that only 5 domestic steel enterprises have obtained CNOOC certification qualifications. Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has been certified as the most comprehensive product in the industry, covering marine steel, flat and coiled pipelines, container steel and structural steel.

The production lines involved in this certification are mainly the 4300 thick plate line, 2150 thick plate line and 5500 thick plate line of Angang headquarters. The certification began at the end of last year, including qualification declaration, material physical property inspection, welding process assessment, data review and on-site inspection of marine steel. It covers more than a dozen links such as raw material management, process quality control, physical batch statistics and sampling inspection, performance and after-sales service. It focuses on the evaluation of the comprehensive capabilities of steel suppliers in production, equipment development and quality inspection. Affirmed. With strong R&D and production strength of offshore steel, Angang successfully completed this certification with the joint efforts of the production, marketing and research system of Angang.

The certification of CNOOC's supply qualification means that Angang has entered CNOOC's short list of steel suppliers. In the next three years, CNOOC's major engineering steel contracts will all be born from this short list, which will help Anshan Iron and Steel Company further develop CNOOC market, enhance its market share, and truly realize the full range of specifications for drilling, mining equipment and materials used in production and production equipment for offshore engineering. Angang will seize the three-year "validity period" of qualifications, actively track major CNOOC projects, speed up equipment improvement and process optimization, and provide support and guarantee for CNOOC offshore project construction with the best quality product quality and comprehensive service.
