东风商用车质量改善优秀奖

12月14日，在东风汽车集团东风商用车有限公司（以下简称东风商用车）2019年度供应商大会上，鞍钢股份从几百家供应商中脱颖而出，作为唯一一个车身用钢供应商荣获东风商用车2018年度质量改善优秀奖。

据了解，鞍钢与东风商用车有着十多年的合作，双方在商务、技术、服务和产品等方面交流广泛，合作愉快。此次，东风商用车从多年来全方位供货质量稳定，尤其在2018年表现突出的供应商中选出10家优秀企业，颁发质量改善优秀奖。

今年以来，鞍钢汽车钢营销服务中心坚持以用户为中心，采取“产品+服务+技术”全方位营销方式，深入服务用户。他们曾先后组织研发技术人员到东风商用车开展技术交流，针对用户降本工作合力攻关；发挥武汉钢加属地化优势，选派专人服务汽车厂，建立24小时内人员到厂处理异议，72小时内解决异议的刚性服务机制，取得了从9月到12月期间异议近乎为零的成绩；针对用户年底生产的实际情况，他们积极配合生产，满足了用户对材料的需求，支撑用户顺利达成生产目标。据鞍钢股份汽车钢营销（服务）中心大区经理王轶介绍，此次鞍钢荣获东风商用车质量改善优秀奖，为新一年鞍钢镀锌产品和高强钢产品进入东风商用车供货序列，以及提高对东风商用车新车型的供货比例奠定了良好基础。

This time, Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle has been supplying stable quality in all directions for many years. Especially in 2018, 10 outstanding suppliers were selected and awarded the Excellent Quality Improvement Award.
Since this year, Anshan Automobile Steel Marketing Service Center has adhered to the user-centered, take the "product + service + technology" omni-directional marketing mode, in-depth service to users. They have organized R&D technicians to carry out technical exchanges with Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle successively, and jointly tackled key problems in view of user's cost reduction work; gave full play to Wuhan Steel's advantage of adding localization, appointed special personnel to serve the automobile factory, established a rigid service mechanism to handle objections within 24 hours, and solved objections within 72 hours, and achieved nearly zero objections from September to December; and aimed at users'years. The actual situation of the bottom production, they actively cooperate with production, meet the needs of users for materials, support users to achieve production goals smoothly. According to Wang Yi, manager of the marketing (service) center of Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the company won the Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Quality Improvement Excellence Award, which laid a good foundation for the galvanized products and high strength steel products of Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. to enter the Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Supply Series in the new year and to increase the proportion of new Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle models.
