——板材热连轧厂2300生产线建成投产十周年纪实

十年，在历史长河中只是匆匆的一瞬。然而，对于进入新时代的本钢热轧人而言，2300生产线十年的发展历程却寄托着太多人的希冀，凝聚了太多人的心血

2008年12月1日，是一个永载本钢史册的特别日子，本钢人翘首以盼的世界首台最宽幅热连轧机组2300生产线在本钢建成投产。自此，百年本钢建设品种全、质量高的千万吨级精品板材基地的蓝图逐渐变为现实，让百年本钢从此多了一个屹立于世的发展“支点”。
2018年11月28日22时36分，2300生产线操作间里的一声欢呼，打破了沉寂已久的宁静。28日当天日产18798吨是产线成立以来的最高纪录。
十年奋进，从软钢向硬钢，从普材向高附加值产品，从一般规格向极限规格拓展，今天的板材热连轧厂，贯彻“精品战略”方针，在高端市场亮出“实力名片”，让本钢热轧产品成为世界知名品牌的梦想，正在一步步实现。

目标明确，打造中国热轧“旗帜”生产线

建成初期，2300生产线创造出同类工程建设史上的奇迹：投产半个月即试轧出15个钢种、30余个规格的卷板。参与设备调试的外方专家一再发出感慨和赞叹——投产这么短时间就轧制出这么多技术含量高、难度系数大的各类专用钢，将行业中的“不可能”变成了现实。2300生产线调试期间，成功轧制出56个钢种、610个规格的产品，成为国内同行业同类型机组投产时间最短，轧制品种规格最多的热连轧生产线。
投产初期，2300生产线各区域干部职工发扬敢拼搏、争一流的热轧精神，勠力同心，务实担当，敢试敢闯，连续刷新生产纪录，实现了高起点开局。2011年10月，月产量突破44万吨大关，创下445733万吨的纪录；2012年2月29日，日产量刷新纪录达18035吨，同年4月21日班产量刷新纪录达7115吨。10年间，2300生产线共轧制卷板4310万吨，占板材热连轧厂总产量的1/2。
今天，企业荣誉榜上那一张张光灿灿、沉甸甸的奖状，更见证了2300生产线走过的十年非凡之路：2011年汽车结构用热轧钢板及钢带BG330CL、BG380CL、BG420CL获中国冶金产品特优质量奖及冶金行业金杯奖；2013年冷成型用热轧钢板和钢带SPHC获冶金行业金杯奖；2014年和2017年汽车结构用热轧钢板及钢带BG380CL、BG420CL获中国冶金产品特优质量奖及冶金行业金杯奖。

高起点开局，树立品质第一的强烈意识

肩负着百年本钢发展使命的2300生产线自投产那天起，就承担了依据市场需求，轧制市场高端热需产品，树立本钢产品新形象的重任。近年来，随着企业改革的深入推进，无论是以分厂形式存在的三热轧，还是以作业区建制的2300生产线，都主动适应市场形势变化，不断优化产品结构，不断提升产品档次，向特、精、高的方向发展已在2300生产线各区域形成共识。
从2012年开始，2300生产线先后对层流冷却装置进行了改造，对飞剪进行了更新，对提升装备精度、拓展品种规格打牢了基础。为了保证高附加值产品的稳定轧制，下发《汽车板生产工艺指导》。产品也由过去的车轮系列、集装箱系列，逐步向石油管线和酸洗板、汽车板方向发展。从软钢向硬钢，从普通材向高附加值产品，从一般规格向极限规格拓展，在顺利生产极限规格产品的同时，2300产线一举攻克行业难点，成功自主研发、批量生产X80高级别石油管线钢并通过了中石油的质量检验，填补了本钢产品的空白，创造了国内同行业投产时间最短、研发时间最短的生产纪录。同期，2300生产线又成功轧制了X100管线钢，生产出高级别船板钢。
十年间，2300生产线“双高”产品比重和产品实物质量大幅提升，新产品生产成效显著，出口卷增量同行业领先，稳定的产品性能让本钢热轧产品不断走向世界：“一带一路”“中俄东线”的石油管线钢，大批量供货知名汽车制造企业的汽车板，出口意大利、印度、韩国等国际企业的高端配件等。“让本钢热轧产品成为世界知名品牌”的梦想，正在一步步实现。
进入2018年，2300生产线各区域奔向卓越的步伐迈得更大、更快：首次试生产的高强酸洗板B540HE轧制成功，使本钢高强酸洗板系列添加新成员后达到20余个牌号。向“高端汽车板”发起挑战的“一汽大众DY车型认证料”，以及“曙光奔驰重卡”首次供料工作，对于本钢占领汽车板市场具有重要意义。截至目前，2300生产线已成功轧制出559个钢种、7000多个规格产品，生产高附值产品3450万吨，调试和批量生产的宽幅汽车面板、船板等成为了业界领先产品，X70～X90等高级别管线钢在市场上确立了领先地位。2300生产线更成为国内同行业中唯一一条能批量生产薄规格酸洗板的热轧生产线。“本钢热轧”已成为行业中品质和信誉的象征。

建设人才成长梯队，激发团队无限活力

December 1, 2008, is a special day that will be forever recorded in the history of Benxi Iron and Steel Company. The 2300 production line of the world's first widest hot strip mill has been built and put into operation in Benxi Iron and Steel Company. Since then, the blueprint for the construction of a 100-year high-quality multi-tonnage high-quality plate base in Benxi Iron and Steel has gradually become a reality, so that Benxi Iron and Steel has a "fulcrum" of development standing in the world since then.
On November 28, 2018, at 2236 hours, a cheer from the operation room of 2300 production line broke the silence for a long time. Daily production of 18798 tons on the 28th day is the highest record since the establishment of the production line.
Ten years of progress, from soft steel to hard steel, from plain steel to high value-added products, from general specifications to limit specifications, today's hot strip mill, the implementation of the "quality strategy" policy, in the high-end market to highlight the "strength card", so that the hot rolling products of Benxi Iron and Steel become a world-famous brand dream, is being realized step by step.
Target Clear, Build China Hot Rolling "Flag" Production Line
In the early stage of construction, 2300 production line created a miracle in the history of similar engineering construction: 15 kinds of steel and more than 30 specifications of coils were rolled out in half a month after commissioning. Foreign experts participating in equipment debugging have repeatedly expressed their sighs and admiration that so many special steels with high technical content and high difficulty coefficient have been rolled in such a short period of time, which has turned the "impossible" in the industry into reality. During the commissioning period of 2300 production line, 56 steel grades and 610 specifications were successfully rolled, making it the shortest time to put into operation for the same type of units in the same industry in China and the most specifications for rolling products.
In the initial stage of production, the cadres and workers of 2300 production line in all regions carried forward the spirit of striving for the first-class hot rolling. They were united, practical, daring to try and break new production records, and achieved a high starting point. In October 2011, monthly output exceeded the 440,000-ton mark, setting a record of 445,733,000 tons; on February 29, 2012, daily output reached a record of 18,035 tons, and on April 21, the same year, shift output reached a record of 7,115 tons. In the past 10 years, 2300 production lines have rolled 43.1 million tons of coils, accounting for 1/2 of the total output of hot strip mills.
Today, the glorious and heavy certificates on the honor list of enterprises witness the extraordinary road that 2300 production lines have gone through for ten years: in 2011, hot rolled steel sheets and strips for automotive structure BG330CL, BG380CL and BG420CL won the China Metallurgical Products Excellent Quality Award and the Gold Cup Award for Metallurgical Industry; in 2013, hot rolled steel sheets and strips for cold forming. In 2014 and 2017, hot rolled steel sheets and strips for automotive structure BG380CL and BG420CL won the China Metallurgical Products Excellent Quality Award and Metallurgical Industry Gold Cup Award.
Starting from a high starting point and building up a strong sense of quality first
Since the day of commissioning, the 2300 production line, which has been shouldering the development mission of Benxi Iron and Steel for one hundred years, has assumed the responsibility of rolling high-end hot-demand products in the market and establishing a new image of Benxi Iron and Steel products in accordance with market demand. In recent years, with the deepening of enterprise reform, no matter the three hot rolling lines in the form of branch plants or 2300 production lines in the operation area, they have actively adapted to the changing market situation, constantly optimized product structure, constantly upgraded product grades, and developed towards the direction of exceptional, precise and high level. Consensus has been formed in all regions of 2300 production lines. 。
Beginning in 2012, 2300 production line has reformed the laminar cooling device, updated the flying shear, and laid a solid foundation for improving equipment accuracy and expanding varieties and specifications. In order to ensure the stable rolling of high value-added products, the "Guidance for Production Technology of Automobile Plate" was issued. The products are also gradually developing from the wheel series and container series to the oil pipeline, pickling board and automobile plate. From soft steel to hard steel, from ordinary steel to high value-added products, from general specifications to limit specifications, while smoothly producing limit specifications products, 2300 production line overcame industry difficulties at one stroke, successfully independently developed and mass produced X80 high-grade oil pipeline steel and passed the quality inspection of PetroChina, filling in Benxi Iron and Steel products. The blank has created the production record of the shortest production time and the shortest R&D time in the same industry in China. In the same period, the 2300 production line successfully rolled X100 pipeline steel and produced high-grade ship plate steel.
In the past ten years, the proportion of "double high" products and the physical quality of products in the 2300 production lines have been greatly improved. The production of new products has achieved remarkable results, and the volume of export volumes has been ahead of the industry. The stable performance of products has made the products of hot rolled steel continuously enter the world. Automobile panels manufactured by enterprises are exported to Italy, India, South Korea and other international enterprises for high-end accessories. The dream of "making Benxi Iron and Steel Hot Rolled Products a world famous brand" is being realized step by step.
In 2018, every area of 2300 production line has made greater and faster strides toward excellence: the first trial production of high-strength pickling plate B540HE has been successfully rolled, making the high-strength pickling plate series of Benxi Iron and Steel reach more than 20 brands after adding new members. The "FAW-Volkswagen DY Model Certification Material" which challenges the "high-end automobile panel" and the "Dawning Mercedes-Benz Heavy Card" for the first time are of great significance for Benxi Iron and Steel to occupy the automobile panel market. Up to now, the 2300 production line has successfully rolled 559 steel grades and more than 7000 specifications, producing 34.5 million tons of high value-added products.
