镀层的厚度

随机选取厚度分别为20um 40um 60um的三个圆整片镀层试样，每个试样表面随机取I0点检测。检测发现，机械镀锌层镀层摩度在同试样上分布不均  100g。例如厚度60um的试样，试样表面有的检测点镀层厚度接近70um,而有的检测点镀层厚度约54μm。断面金相法也观察到镀层厚度的不均匀性，镀20g层厚度的不均匀性主要由面机械镀锌的工艺特点决定，尤其是在工件的边角、凹槽部位镀层的厚度相差更大。
据相关标准，这些不能决定镀层质量的合格与否。

Three coated specimens with thickness of 20um 40um 60um were randomly selected, and I0 points were randomly selected on the surface of each sample. It was found that the friction of mechanical galvanized coating was unevenly distributed on the same sample of 100g. For example, for a sample with a thickness of 60 um, the coating thickness of some test points on the surface of the sample is close to 70 um, while that of some test points is about 54 um. The inhomogeneity of coating thickness was also observed by cross-section metallography. The inhomogeneity of 20g coating thickness was mainly determined by the technological characteristics of surface mechanical galvanizing, especially at the edge and groove of the workpiece.
According to the relevant standards, these can not determine whether the quality of the coating is qualified or not.
