什么是湿法熔剂法热浸镀锌?

众所周知，带钢在热镀锌之前必须保持一个无氧化物及其他脏物存在的纯铁活性表面。熔剂法镀锌之前，必须通过破液的高速喷射来清除表面的油污，再由酸洗的方式把经退火的带钢表面氧化铁皮清除，然后涂上一层由氯化锌或者由氯化铵和氯化锌混合组成的溶剂进行保护，从而防止带钢表面再被氧化。如果带钢表面除的溶剂不经烘干(即表面还是湿的)就进人其表面覆盖有熔融态熔剂的锌液中进行热镀锌，此方法即称之为湿法熔剂法热浸镀锌。

湿法熔剂法热浸镀锌的熔剂均采用和NH.CI组成的混合物，所以不能向锌液中加铝，因为铝很容易和熔剂发生下列化学反应:

2A1 + 3ZnCl2= 2AICl3 + 3Zn

上式生成的三氯化铝在200C会迅速沸腾，故向锌液中加人的铝很快就被消耗了。

What is hot dip galvanizing by wet flux method?

It is well known that strip steel must maintain a pure iron active surface free of oxides and other dirt before galvanizing. Before galvanizing by flux method, oil contamination on the surface must be removed by high-speed spraying of broken liquid, then iron oxide scale on annealed strip surface can be removed by pickling, and then protected by a solvent consisting of zinc chloride or ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, so as to prevent strip surface from being oxidized again. If the solvent removed from the strip surface goes into the zinc bath covered with molten flux without drying (i.e. the surface is still wet), the method is called wet flux hot dip galvanizing.
The flux of hot dip galvanizing by wet flux method is a mixture of NH. CI and NH. Therefore, it is not possible to add aluminium to zinc solution because aluminium can easily react with the flux as follows:
2A1+3ZnCl2= 2AICl3+3Zn
The aluminium trichloride produced by the above formula boils rapidly at 200C, so the aluminium added to the zinc solution is quickly consumed.
